Returns & Exchanges

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

  • Accessories, hair accessories, socks, or undergarments.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, please contact us within 7 days, subject to availability.
